Is GEO ToolKit free?

Basic tools are free (20 daily free quotas). Need more? Choose a recharge package: ¥10 for 100 quotas, ¥29 for 295 quotas (5 bonus), ¥50 for 515 quotas (15 bonus), ¥100 for 1030 quotas (30 bonus). Recharged quotas never expire.

How often should I check my site?
